3. Data we process
We may process account data, company data, uploaded files, links, document metadata, knowledge areas, user questions, generated answers, technical logs, device data, and security events.
4. Why we use data
We use data to authenticate users, operate knowledge bases, process documents, answer questions with references, provide support, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
5. Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure, database, email, AI, security, and support providers strictly as needed to operate the service.

Uploaded documents, extracted text, questions, answers, and references may be processed to operate search, organization, and answer validation. Customer content is used to provide the service and is not sold.
7. Permissions and access
Autonom.ia Base is designed so workspaces and bases remain scoped to authorized users. Customers are responsible for inviting users, removing access, and ensuring uploaded materials may be processed.

Some infrastructure, AI, email, and support providers may process data outside the customer's country. When this occurs, we apply contractual and technical safeguards compatible with applicable law.
9. Retention and deletion
Workspace data remains linked to the customer account while the service is active. Deletion may be requested, subject to backups, audit logs, fraud prevention, tax, legal, and contractual retention duties.
10. Data subject rights
LGPD and other applicable rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, anonymization, consent review, and information about processing. Requests can be sent by email.
11. Security
We use access control, authentication, environment separation, operational monitoring, and other reasonable safeguards. No system is risk-free, and customers must protect credentials and user permissions.
12. Changes
We may update this policy as the product, providers, regulations, or operational practices evolve. The current version will remain available on this page.
