Terms of Use

Rules for using Autonom.ia Base, including accounts, uploaded content, limits, and responsibilities.

1. Acceptance

By accessing the website or platform, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Service

Autonom.ia Base helps companies organize documents, links, processes, and manuals into knowledge bases that can be searched by people and AI assistants.

3. Account responsibility

Customers are responsible for account information, user invitations, permissions, uploaded content, and lawful use of the platform.

4. Permitted use

The service may not be used for illegal content, unauthorized access, abusive automation, security testing without permission, or violation of third-party rights.

5. Plans and availability

Features, usage limits, support, onboarding, and service levels vary by plan. External providers and maintenance windows may affect availability.

6. Customer content

Customers retain responsibility for documents, links, prompts, questions, metadata, and other materials they upload or generate through the service. Customers must have the rights and authorizations needed to process that content.

7. AI outputs

AI-assisted answers are provided to support work and should be reviewed before being used in legal, financial, HR, medical, contractual, or other sensitive decisions. References are provided to support validation.

8. Security and access

Customers are responsible for configuring users, permissions, internal policies, and connected data sources. Autonom.ia may suspend access when there is misuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirement.

9. Billing and changes

Prices, limits, and plan features may change for new periods or new purchases. Taxes, invoices, payment terms, overages, and enterprise commitments may be governed by a separate order form or commercial agreement.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Autonom.ia is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, customer misuse, third-party provider failures, or decisions made without human review.

11. Governing law

Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by Brazilian law, with venue in Belo Horizonte/MG for non-consumer disputes.
